Experienced Customer Service Representative – Medicare Advantage – PST or EST

About the Role

We are currently hiring Experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Medicare Customer Service team at arenaflex. This is a fully remote opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Medicare Advantage members. Our CSRs are trusted advocates who provide proactive, compassionate, and knowledgeable support. Location & Time Zone Requirement

* Remote (Permanent Work from Home)

• Time Zone Requirement: Candidates must reside in Eastern Time or Pacific Time Zone (EST and PST)

Training & Schedule

* Training: 10 weeks, full-time (8 hours/day), Monday–Friday. Hours may vary between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST. No time off is permitted during training.

• Permanent Schedule: Shifts may begin as early as 7:00 AM and end as late as 6:00 PM local time. Schedules are updated quarterly through a shift bid process based on employee performance, attendance, and behavior; open schedules are determined by business needs and managed by Workforce Management (WFM).

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inquiries from Medicare Advantage members via inbound calls, online messages, and written correspondence.

• Deliver empathetic, patient, and personalized service to Medicare members.
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Required Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience

• 1+ years of experience in health insurance or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience supporting senior populations

• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Knowledge of Medicare or other health insurance plans
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Education

* High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 – $31.30

• This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
