About the Job
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Engineer to provide enterprise technical support to our customers via phone, web, email, chat, and other support channels as required. As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will deliver practical solutions to technical and non-technical users while supporting a wide range of technologies and cloud deployments. This role requires working in shifts, including weekends, to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide enterprise technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, web, email, chat, and others as required
- Deliver practical solutions to technical and non-technical users while supporting a wide range of technologies and cloud deployments
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's solutions, data protection, and recovery strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support and success
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success
- In-depth knowledge of data management and security solutions, including cloud deployments
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in operating systems, networking, and data storage
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
