As a Physical Therapy Assistant Stretch Therapist (Flexologist) at StretchLab, you will:

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients
• Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their goals, while providing a safe and supportive environment
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service, sales, and membership management
• Collaborate with our team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment

Requirements

• Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Preferred background: Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Fitness certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
