Senior Manager I, Corporate Strategy & Research (Experienced)

About the position The Senior Manager role within the Corporate Strategy & Research (CS&R) group at Liberty Mutual Insurance involves overseeing strategic consulting projects that advise senior executives on key decisions. Responsibilities • Oversee a workstream within a consulting team advising Liberty Mutual's senior executives. , • Design work plans for the workstream and collect data from various sources. , • Craft compelling storylines that articulate findings, insights, and recommendations. , • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders. , • Guide team and client stakeholders towards consensus and gain buy-in. , • Communicate with senior leadership to influence and drive organizational action. , • Support the development and coaching of Associate Consultants and Senior Associate Consultants. , • Contribute to CS&R initiatives such as recruiting and talent development. Requirements • Bachelor's degree and MBA degree, or equivalent business background. , • 3+ years of experience, including 1+ years of post-MBA experience. , • Minimum 1-2 years of strategy consulting or relevant work experience. , • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to apply judgment to broader issues. , • Ability to leverage experience and analysis to influence others. , • Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills. , • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently and in a team. , • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. , • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
