Director of Grants - Social Justice

We’re looking for a passionate leader to drive our social justice work and help shape a fairer London. As Director of Grants for Social Justice, you'll work alongside the Director of Grants for Economic Justice to deliver our bold 2030 strategy. Your focus will be on critical issues like migration, racial justice, and disability justice, while also leading our learning strategy across all areas of our work. What we do London is a deeply unequal place. As one of the city's largest independent funders, we want to see a fairer city where everyone has the chance to thrive, no matter who they are. To achieve this, we fund hundreds of organisations fighting for economic and social justice across London. About the role This is a unique opportunity for someone deeply committed to fighting poverty in London. We're not necessarily looking for a seasoned funder – instead we want someone with a deep understanding of civil society and a proven commitment to empowering those with lived... experiences of poverty.
