Position Details: Position: Remote Recruiter Pay: $21/hour with OTE $60,000... Location: Fully Remote Schedule: Full-time What Youll Do: Work directly with pre-qualified applicants, helping them decide if obtaining their CDL-A is the right path for them. Guide candidates through the enrollment process, providing support by phone, text, and email. Coordinate with workforce grant agencies and loan partners to ensure candidates have access to the financial support they need. Assist military candidates in utilizing their GI Bill benefits. Foster strong relationships with applicants and act as a trusted resource throughout their journey. What Were Looking For: A passion for helping others achieve their career goals. Strong communication skills youll be speaking with potential candidates via phone, email, and text. Experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus, but not required.
