Job Description
As a Delta Airlines Flight Attendant, you will be part of an esteemed team consistently recognized for service excellence. Responsibilities
– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard the flight.
– Conduct pre-flight inspections and safety checks.
– Demonstrate emergency equipment and procedures.
– Serve meals, beverages, and sell onboard products to passengers.
– Manage in-flight sales and handle cash accurately.
– Address passenger inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
– Manage conflicts and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Requirements
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial.
– Must be able to communicate fluently in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
– Must be able to reach overhead storage compartments and lift standard bags without assistance.
– Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
– Adaptability to a varying schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
– High School diploma or GED is required.
– Further certifications in hospitality or customer service are an advantage.
Experience
– Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
