Job Description:

As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your welcoming smile and friendly demeanor will set the tone for our guests’ experiences. This role is crucial in making our guests feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for.

Responsibilities:

– Greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

– Managing reservations and walk-in customers.

– Assisting customers to their tables.

– Ensuring a seamless flow of guests in and out of the restaurant.

– Providing accurate wait times and maintaining a waiting list as necessary.

– Communicating table status to the kitchen and management staff.

– Assisting with cleaning and setting tables, restocking supplies as necessary.

Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills.

– Strong customer service skills.

– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

– Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

– Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience as a host, hostess, or waiter/waitress in a restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory as we provide paid training to successful candidates.
