[Remote] Technical Account Manager

Primordial Design, Inc. is a leading provider of innovative healthcare software solutions, specializing in enhancing radiology information systems. They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage and expand client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction with their healthcare software offerings.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by managing/upselling existing book of accounts
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers
- Provide demos and discuss pricing or quotes, and collaborating with partners or external events
- Identify customer business needs and technology readiness to effectively qualify customers
- Implement strategies to shrink sales cycle and contribute input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, support, product, etc…to identify and analyze opportunities for increased retention and growth
- Use CRM tools, such as Salesforce and others, to drive outreach, maintain clean data, and facilitate an efficient buying process for our customers
- Maintain accurate records about sales accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce
Skills
- 5+ years professional experience in Radiology IT on the vendor or provider side
- 2+ years of experience with a Radiology IT vendor in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with CRM software and basic MS Office and productivity tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work and lead teams with proven and positive outcomes
