[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Addressability

The Senior Product Manager will own the Addressability pod, responsible for making Zeta's identity graph accessible across the organization, driving adoption of identity infrastructure, and coordinating large-scale technical migrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Zeta's addressability systems, including real-time resolution services and batch identity resolution infrastructure
• Partner closely with engineering to design, build, and ship identity resolution capabilities that serve the needs of all Zeta business units
• Drive org-wide adoption of the Zeta identity spine (ZID), working with CRM, programmatic, Publisher Cloud (HIRO), Email Exchange, and Data Cloud teams to integrate identity resolution into their products and workflows
• Own the migration of legacy identity systems to modern architectures, coordinating across multiple engineering pods and business stakeholders to ensure smooth rollouts
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with product managers, engineering leads, and business unit leaders across the organization, influencing priorities and aligning on shared goals
• Define success metrics and build visibility into identity coverage — designing dashboards and reporting that surface match rates, resolution quality, and opportunities for improvement across all major systems
• Translate complex identity and data infrastructure concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and stakeholder communications
• Use data to inform prioritization, measure the impact of identity improvements on downstream business outcomes, and identify gaps in coverage

Skills

• 4–6+ years of experience in product management, with meaningful exposure to data platforms, identity systems, or ad tech infrastructure
• Strong technical depth — comfort with concepts like identity graphs, entity resolution, data pipelines, and distributed systems. You don't need to write production code, but you should be able to read a SQL query, review an architecture document, and engage credibly with engineers on system design
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams or business units, with a track record of influencing without direct authority
• Clear, structured communication skills — the ability to translate between technical and business audiences and to build alignment across stakeholders with different priorities
• Familiarity with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, Airflow) or similar data infrastructure
• Experience in ad tech, MarTech, or identity resolution — particularly with identity graphs, cross-device linking, audience resolution, or programmatic advertising infrastructure
• Familiarity with privacy-first identity strategies, including cookieless resolution, first-party data approaches, or privacy regulations (GDPR, GPP)
• SQL fluency and comfort working with large-scale datasets to investigate product questions, validate hypotheses, or define metrics
• Experience with agile development practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence
