Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, action‑oriented Customer Support Specialist to serve as the voice of arenaflex. In this fully remote position, you will engage with customers worldwide via phone, email, live chat, and social media, delivering world‑class service that reflects the high‑end nature of our merchandise. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, processing refunds, handling returns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador for arenaflex, embodying our luxury ethos and delivering exceptional service across all customer touchpoints.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing issues and complaints promptly through phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Process refunds, returns, and exchanges with precision, applying discounts, promotional codes, and tiered pricing structures accurately.
  • Make informed decisions regarding late returns, faulty goods, and compensation, always upholding arenaflex’s standards of integrity and empathy.
  • Maintain meticulous data capture, contributing both quantitative and qualitative insights that inform product and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with external shipping partners to resolve domestic and international logistics challenges, ensuring seamless delivery experiences.
  • Utilize a suite of desktop applications—including MS Office, web browsers, and proprietary arenaflex tools—to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s Customer Contact Center Work‑From‑Home Guidelines, ensuring a stable wired internet connection, a quiet workspace, and compliance with all security protocols.
  • Provide product knowledge and style guidance, helping customers discover new designers and trends that match their personal aesthetic.
  • Continuously improve personal performance by meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics.
  • Support multilingual customers when possible; fluency in Russian, Korean, Japanese, or Spanish is a distinct advantage.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury‑focused customer service environment such as a contact center, high‑end retail, or hospitality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields are a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude for calculating refunds, discounts, and promotional pricing accurately.
  • Proficiency with desktop applications (MS Office, web browsers) and comfort navigating new software platforms quickly.
  • Ability to work a set schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak periods.
  • Reliable high‑speed wired internet connection (no satellite or Wi‑Fi‑only setups) and a dedicated, noise‑free home workspace.
