Responsibilities As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network * Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, ensuring accurate assignment of medication benefits * Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to resolve any issues or concerns * Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications, including reporting and data management * Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems * Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information * Adapting to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn * Performing other duties as assigned by management Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: * 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience * Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office * Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions * Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Nice-to-haves While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills would be a valuable asset in this role.
