Key Responsibilities

As a Bone Health Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as a knowledge base for customers' inquiries related to our products and services
• Providing personalized support and guidance to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Processing orders and returns, as well as updating customer records and accounts
• Helping customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans and providing recommendations for improvement
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
