Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you'll play a vital role in preventing potential loss and dishonesty, while also providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a strong store partnership with our teams. Key Responsibilities:
As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
- Reviewing and understanding the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure your safety and the safety of others
- Wearing a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to maintain a professional appearance and ensure store security
- Greeting customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and establishing a positive customer shopping experience
- Responding to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio
- Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management
- Performing a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure store security and safety
- Adhering to all arenaflex policies and procedures, including documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Who We're Looking For:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and Loss Prevention teams
- Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise judgment in high-pressure situations
- Ability to take initiative and perform well independently, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Prioritizes and organizes workload and manages time effectively, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, with a strong physical presence and ability to maintain a professional appearance
- 0-2 years of retail or security experience, with a passion for security and customer experience
