Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to queries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth

Requirements

  • Completed education or degree with a technical, commercial, or comparable focus, providing a solid foundation for a career in customer service and sales
  • Relevant work experience in B2B sales, ideally in an international context, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication skills, with secure and written German (at least C1) and English, enabling you to effectively communicate with our clients and internal stakeholders
