Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints efficiently, providing accurate solutions to ensure satisfaction, and documenting customer interactions and updating information in our system. You will also work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and meet and exceed service level goals.
