About the Role

As a Talent Acquistion Senior Analyst on the Talent Acquisition team, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for contract and contingent roles across our consulting practice. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and external vendors to deliver fast, high-quality hires that align with Capco’s growth and client needs. You will get the chance to use your coding skills to qualify and attract talent to Capco. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment while shaping our contract workforce strategy.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Manage the full contract recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Utilize your development skills to assess technical talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors, MSPs, and agencies.
  • Negotiate terms and ensure compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience with efficient and timely communication.
  • Track pipeline activity, maintain data accuracy, and share insights and metrics with leadership.
  • Champion consistent and standardized recruitment practices across the business.

What You’ll Bring With You

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment within consulting, agency, or similar industries.
  • Experience with contingent/contract hiring
  • Strong background in vendor management and agency partnerships.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment cycles.
  • Experience interviewing technical candidates through code pair, i.e Hackerrank
  • Familiarity with contract compliance and onboarding.
  • Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
