As an Executive Director of Software Engineering - Architecture, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision, design, and architecture management of our ad platform software engineering and data products. Collaborate with stakeholders, establish architecture standards, and lead a talented team of software and data engineers to deliver innovative solutions that transform our business and technical partnerships.

As a key leader in our organization, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for software engineering and data architecture teams
  • Define and implement architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines for software and data architecture
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where appropriate
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Oversee the evaluation and selection of tools, frameworks, and platforms to support software development and data management efforts

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $241,500.00 to $323,900.00 per year

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering and data architecture
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills
  • Deep understanding of architectural principles and emerging technologies
  • Experience leading large-scale projects and driving technical innovation
