Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales Manager to provide administrative support, training, and guidance to our agents and branch staff. This will include scheduling, promoting, and supporting agents, onboarding new staff, processing paperwork, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and providing technical assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, promote, and support agents individually and in group settings to increase adoption and efficiency of our Mar/Tech tools
  • Onboard new and experienced agents, providing training and guidance on business systems, technology, and paperwork procedures
  • Process paperwork for agent departures and transfers, and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain all office purchasing, supplies, and equipment, including building maintenance supplies, directional signs, and office supplies
  • Manage branch floor duty/opportunity schedules, and assist sales managers with recruiting packages
  • Provide technical assistance to agents with copiers, computers, and phones, and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Submit Help Desk Tickets to receive tech support and troubleshooting for office equipment
  • Assist sales managers with office social media posts, including Facebook and Instagram
  • Process outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail, and perform other administrative tasks as needed

Transaction Support:

  • Process earnest money and commission check deposits, and coordinate with the TC team to process files

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or 3-5 years of experience in branch operations preferred
  • Proven ability to work well with a varied group of individuals, maintaining a positive and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Outlook, social media platforms (including Facebook and Instagram), and ability to train one on one or in small group settings
