Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy & Negotiation

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our pricing strategy and negotiation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will analyze, recommend, and negotiate custom pricing proposals for large, strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for complex proposals, renewals, and contract modifications, ensuring profitability and competitiveness
• Perform in-depth financial modeling and risk analysis to establish price points and ensure margin alignment
• Lead negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, including customer executives, consultants, and legal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations
• Communicate pricing and custom terms to internal stakeholders and customers, preparing and presenting detailed financial briefings as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience, with 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, and/or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions under pressure
• Superior communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, senior leaders, and employees at all levels
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
