About the Role

The Senior Manager, Global Hardlines Toys Licensing will be responsible for:

• Defining category and brand strategy through market share analysis and data-driven insights
• Leading and managing global licensees, including contract negotiation, business planning, and marketing alignment
• Driving financial success and market share growth through regular communication and information flow with regional teams
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities to identify growth areas and optimize category performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to build and execute category plans
• Developing and presenting category forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of directly related experience in the toy industry, with 5+ years in Hardlines licensing roles
• Excellent understanding of brand and property positioning, retail business development, and market research
• Strong financial acumen, data analysis, and data storytelling skills
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
• Passion for the Walt Disney Company and its portfolio of world-class brands
