NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for Okta QA Tester to work in remotely with our global client.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test cases for Okta user lifecycle management, including creation, deactivation, and reactivation of test user accounts with varied permissions and authentication methods (standard, MFA).
  • Validate user profile attributes, including standard and custom fields, profile mapping, and attribute transformations using Okta Expression Language.
  • Test authentication flows, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and related policy enforcement scenarios.
  • Perform application integration testing covering access policies, CRUD operations on user profiles, and debug-enabled environments.
  • Conduct API testing for Okta endpoints using API tokens and manage key test variables such as oktaAppId, oktaOrgUrl, and SCIMUrl.
  • Verify group and role-based access control (RBAC), including group memberships, role assignments, and group push functionality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in QA testing within Okta or similar identity and access management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols, including SSO and MFA.
  • Experience with API testing tools and scripting automated test cases.
  • Familiarity with Okta Universal Directory, attribute mapping, and expression language.
  • Knowledge of security policies, compliance testing, and audit logging best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
