Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the full-time role of a Local CDL Driver for the day shift. The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary ranging between $65,000 – $75,000 annually. Job Description:
As a Local CDL Driver, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering freight within a specific area, ensuring all deliveries are made in a timely and safe manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to adhering to all company policies and transportation regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Safe and timely transportation of goods and products to our customers
– Conducting pre-trip inspections of the truck and cargo
– Maintaining accurate records of deliveries
– Adhering to all safety and traffic regulations
– Maintaining a clean and safe vehicle
Requirements:
– A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
– A clean driving record
– Ability to lift heavy objects
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong time management skills
Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Completion of professional driver training program
Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
