Step away from the computer. ? Stretch, walk around, or engage in a quick relaxation activity to refresh your mind. 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Data Entry Task 3 ? Resume data entry tasks, focusing on another aspect of the project. ? Prioritize tasks based on deadlines or importance. 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Quality Check and Review ? Review the data entered during the session. ? Cross-reference entries with source documents to ensure accuracy. ? Make any final adjustments or edits as necessary. 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Documentation and Wrap-Up ? Document any completed tasks or progress made during the session. ? Organize files and folders as needed. ? Prepare a brief summary of work completed for reporting purposes, if required. ? Log out of work platforms and shut down the computer.
