Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in and baggage drop-off process, and assisting with ticketing and boarding procedures
• Ensuring seamless travel experiences by owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability
• Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for their journey
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
• Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight, and flexible hours (20-40 hours per week) based on seniority

What You Need to Succeed

To be a successful Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you will need:

• Consistently prioritize safety and protection of self, others, and personal data

• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Proficiency in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation

• Pass a physical ability test (PAT), which can be prepared for through the video provided
