Although our home base is the NYC area, Henderson Harbor Tax is engaged to fill tax... positions all over the USA and abroad through our AAFA network (45 financial staffing affiliates throughout the U.S. and Canada). Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Tax Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis. This position offers exceptional flexibility in terms of both schedule and location, allowing you to achieve a fulfilling work-life balance. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time hours, this role presents an opportunity to earn a highly competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $200,000. Talent Acquisition and Engagement: Utilize your expertise in recruitment to source, attract, and engage top talent within the tax industry. Leverage various channels and platforms to identify qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships. ? Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and preferences. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved. ? Candidate Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to match them with suitable opportunities. Utilize a combination of behavioral interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability and potential. ? Process Management and Optimization: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. ? Market Research and Trends Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to remain competitive in talent acquisition. Identify emerging recruitment trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment strategy and stay ahead of the curve. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree ? Proven experience as a recruiter ? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. ?
