Interact with followers, address inquiries promptly, and oversee customer feedback. Customer Service Respond to client questions via phone or email. Provide information about our services, process orders, and handle returns. Data Management Keep electronic filing systems up to date and functioning smoothly. Organize and maintain relevant data using database software. Project Assistance Support project management with research and coordination. Prepare and distribute materials related to projects. Qualifications Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM platforms. Capable of multitasking and prioritizing efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is beneficial.
