Customer Success Manager (Remote - US)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager, Growth in the United States. This is a high-impact role where you will manage a portfolio of growth-stage customers, drive renewals, and uncover expansion opportunities. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the platform and have a seamless user experience. Success in this role means balancing commercial outcomes with outstanding customer advocacy, all while collaborating across product, engineering, and sales teams. - Own a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts, driving retention and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve key business outcomes using the platform.
- Serve as a strategic advisor by building customer success plans, encouraging adoption, and delivering product best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and sales to communicate customer needs and resolve issues.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally to shape future product direction.
- Support the development of scalable customer engagement strategies and knowledge-sharing resources.
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bonus points for experience with clients in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, or within CRM/data services platforms.
