Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative - Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Providing detailed information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers.
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' sales strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not essential for the right candidate.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being highly beneficial in this fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to:

  • Be available to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.
  • Have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
