Receive full training on the systems and common queries you might face during shifts. Work under the guidance of a chat supervisor who will support you with any complex customer issues. Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/Background Needed: Must have a device (Phone, Tablet, Laptop) that can access social media and website chat functions. Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely. Minimum availability of 5 hours per week. Reliable internet connection is essential.
