Req Id: 22949 Job Title: Content Creator for Online Assessments 2 - Student Clerical City: West Lafayette Job Description: Job Summary The Content Creator will aid instructors in creating and migrating content for online assessments. In this role, students will create randomized physics-based problems in an online assessment platform. The successful candidate will be able to work with limited supervision, demonstrate trustworthiness by maintaining the confidentiality of course and assessment content, and be attentive to detail. Job duties include: Creating new or modifying existing physics-based problems Inputting problems into online assessment platform Verifying accuracy and robustness of problems in online assessment platform Working hours are flexible. This is a remote position. Required Experience Strong background in quantitative disciplines, such as Mathematics and Physics Able to work 10 - 20 hours per week Ability to work independently and on a team Effective communication skills (written & verbal) Desire to learn and improve Discretion in handling confidential information Ability to quickly learn new software Currently enrolled as a student at the Purdue West Lafayette campus Have passed PHYS 241 or equivalent with A or B grade Preferred Experience Experience with LaTeX or computer programming Education 0 FLSA Status Non-Exempt Posting Start Date: 9/24/24 Apply Job!
