If you're someone who enjoys keeping things in order and thrives in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you! #### Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation. - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. - Reconcile bank statements and prepare bank deposits. - Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making. - Assist with audit preparations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. - Collaborate with management to review financial performance and resolve discrepancies. #### What We're Looking For ? Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred). ? Experience: At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred. ? Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software, plus Microsoft Office Suite. ? Attention to Detail: Strong ability to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate records. ? Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. ? Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a professional environment. ? Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
