Microsoft Intune Administrator
Position Description: Microsoft Intune Administrator Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Intune Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our device management and security policies through Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the productivity of our remote workforce. Key Responsibilities: · Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune configurations for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application on management (MAM). · Develop and enforce security policies to safeguard company data on devices. · Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot and resolve device-related issues. · Provide training and guidance to staff on using Intune effectively. · Stay updated on the latest Intune features and best practices to continuously improve our deployment strategies. · Lead and manage end-to-end projects involving the deployment of Microsoft Intune, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. · Design and implement Intune policies for mobile device and application on management that align with organizational goals. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions for device management challenges. · Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives. · Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on Intune best practices and project updates. Qualifications: Proven 5 years experience with Microsoft Intune and related technologies. Strong understanding of MDM/MAM principles and security frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Proven project management experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
