Summary
We are looking for a Telemarketer / Appointment Setters to join our team at World Car Hyundai North. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our automotive services, and contributing to our mission of community engagement. Your efforts will play a vital role in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our automotive services. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on leads promptly. Set appointments for prospective customers. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate value. Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing or sales roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with technology sales is a plus but not required.
