Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. • Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed, adhering to proper washing techniques. • Manage housekeeping duties effectively, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning. • Execute custodial tasks such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements • Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is mandatory. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. • Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. • Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and methods as required. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
