Warehouse General Laborer
We are looking for two individuals to start at 8am Monday morning! Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within a warehouse environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels by organizing products in the warehouse.
- Assist in picking and packing orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and correctly labeled.
- Build pallets for storage or shipping, ensuring stability and safety during transport.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating heavy equipment or performing manual labor tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping is a plus.
- Experience operating heavy equipment is beneficial; training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
