Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Familiarity with streaming services and basic technical knowledge. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Educational Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
