Key Responsibilities
- Provide an outstanding Guest experience.
- Model and uphold operational and quality standards, holding Team Members accountable.
- Identify the root causes of issues with a focus on self-reflection and accountability.
- Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
- Champion change and restaurant initiatives to influence Team Member behaviors.
- Lead with empathy and decisiveness.
- Drive business success by effectively managing costs with our systems.
- Utilize operational systems, including our Manager Timeline and quality Line Checks.
- Recruit, train, and develop Team Members for advanced roles.
- Boost Guest engagement and build community relationships within the restaurant.
- Ensure safe food handling practices are followed.
- Live and communicate Chili's culture and values: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.
