Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service. Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records and logs. Troubleshoot any delivery issues or delays and communicate with the appropriate parties. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to package handling and delivery. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times. Follow all company guidelines for vehicle maintenance and report any issues or concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery operations. Continuously improve delivery processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date on all training and certifications required for the position. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
