Extreme Networks is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to drive global demand generation campaigns, build pipelines, and nurture opportunities. You’ll collaborate with field marketing, product marketing, and channel teams to create and execute campaigns that align with business objectives and generate measurable bookings. The ideal candidate has B2B demand generation experience, with expertise in end-to-end campaign management, digital programs and content strategy. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Lead integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple channels (digital, paid, email, events, ABM) aligned to the buyer’s journey and regional goals.

Partner with regional marketing teams to implement global strategic initiatives, providing education, assets, and communication support.

Apply stage-based and ICP-driven targeting to effectively engage buyer segments.

Collaborate with brand, content, and product to develop multi-format messaging.

Utilize marketing technology, targeting, and tracking to launch, optimize, and measure campaign success.

Analyze campaign performance, delivering clear, actionable insights internally.

Continuously test and refine audience targeting, creative, messaging, offers, and measurement strategies.

Present results, insights, and growth opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.

Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in demand generation.

Proven track record in executing global, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Strong project management skills, including agency collaboration and results-driven execution.

Agile and solutions-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments.

Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance tracking.

Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and executives.

Collaborative and influential, building strong relationships to drive change.

Results-driven mindset, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce) is a plus.

Remote USA - Salary range based on experience is 120K - 150K
