Part-Time Telephone Interviewer

Custom Retention Solutions provide exit interviews, satisfaction surveys and other services to restaurant companies and numerous other industries. We have a permanent part-time opening for a professional and personable team member for our Exton, PA-based company, paying $14-15/hour. We are looking for someone who can work 15-20 hours each week. We will work with you to create a predictable, flexible schedule. To be a great fit, you must be able to: • Work quickly, with the ability to adapt to changes in workflow and switch gears seamlessly. • Be open to feedback from trainers, peers, and supervisor. • Interact with all types of people in a professional, hospitable, and articulate manner. An exceptional phone presence is essential. • Conduct thorough telephone interviews with candidates who have either recently left their employment or are trying to be retained by their employers, typing comments with high accuracy and speed. • Proofread your work, resulting in grammatically flawless reports for our clients. • Manage your time effectively and follow a detailed, proven process. • Use Microsoft Excel effectively to keep track of candidate information (adding rows/columns, inserting comment boxes, formatting cells, copying and pasting information). The following additional credentials are a big plus: • Prior interviewing, market research, customer service, or call center experience • Knowledge of SurveyMonkey, Outlook, OneDrive, and Calendly • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Local to Exton, PA for the potential of in-person training and occasional social events When you send your resume, please include your hours of availability and a note about why the position appeals to you and why you are well-qualified to be successful as part of the CRS team.
