Responsibilities: • Collect customer data and assist with setting up wireless cellular services • Guide consumers through service options and ensure smooth, seamless installations • Build positive, lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service • Answer customer questions and provide solutions to any issues during the setup process • Maintain organized records of service setups and customer interactions • Work collaboratively with the team to meet service goals and exceed customer expectations Requirements: • Must be outgoing, personable, and motivated to succeed • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Must be available Monday through Friday, with Saturday being optional • No prior experience required—we’ll provide the training you need!
