Key Responsibilities Transcribe audio recordings from depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings with a high degree of accuracy. Strictly follow client-specific style guides and deadlines to produce verbatim transcripts. Collaborate effectively with our supportive in-office team when needed, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all legal documents. Required Skills Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription is essential. Exceptional listening skills to accurately capture spoken content. Strong literacy skills, including proficiency in spelling, grammar, and comprehension. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting. High typing proficiency with a focus on speed and accuracy. Capability to process sensitive audio/text content, which may include challenging material. Familiarity with legal terminology is critical. Candidates must pass a background check.
