Network Provider Relations Specialist
Responsibilities: This position is Remote but geographic preference is Pennsylvania or Virginia. The selected applicant will be responsible for contracting and servicing providers in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida. To work directly with InnovAge network providers (healthcare service entities) and act as the liaison with the local level leadership and cross functional teams within the organization, to ensure a great provider-payor-care management team experience is achieved by all. To provide education and onboarding of all new and existing providers and their identified staff to ensure providers and their staff understand how to manage and deliver care services in alignment with the InnovAge PACE model of care. Support and facilitate the resolution of conflict and issues between provider and local level InnovAge interdisciplinary team. Performance will be measured based on provider and stakeholder satisfaction data, provider inquiry resolution success rate, and timely responsiveness to priority assignments. Provider onboarding and education Liaison between network provider and local level leadership during inquiries and conflict related issues Conduct Provider satisfaction surveys Follow up with providers to gauge satisfaction with inquiry resolution Provider inquiry and resolution facilitation Recommend process improvement based on provider feedback and experience Contracting support as a back up to network manager Provider onboarding and education 25% Educate, onboard and reinforce training with new and existing providers on the InnovAge model of care and role as an InnovAge network provider. Provider resolution and satisfaction 40% Liaison between network provider and local level leadership during inquiries and conflict related issues Provider inquiry and resolution facilitation Follow up with providers to gauge satisfaction with inquiry resolution Conduct satisfaction surveys Provider contracting assistance 25% Assist local level leadership with provider recruitment, contract requests, and monitoring contracting process REQUIRED 3+ yr customer service/conflict resolution role People oriented- able to build rapport quickly; customer oriented; Able to ask a lot of questions and remain curious Diplomatic- able to see both sides of an issue and remain neutral in a facilitator role Good educator and communicator- able to effectively communicate process and procedure to large and small groups both virtually and in-person Multi-tasker- able to shift from one task to another based on prioritization Self motivated- able to empower themselves without constant outside direction Steady- ability to remain calm and neutralize an emotionally charged situation Bachelor's degree in related field required.
