VP of LTSS Decision Support

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to develop and deploy Jukebox Healths Decision Support service line for Medicaid LTSS plans and HCBS programs. Requirements: Deep experience within LTSS and HCBS; past roles in LTSS plan leadership are a huge plus Demonstrable track record of building and scaling clinical or care management operations.
