Accounts Payable Specialist II

Process non-salary payments for Seattle Children's and related entities consistent with generally accepted accounting principles, government regulations and company policies, while utilizing appropriate internal control procedures to safeguard the company's assets. Required Education and Experience Associates degree or equivalent significant relevant Accounts Payable experience . Minimum four (4) years of experience in a high volume accounts payable environment. Required Credentials N/A. Preferred Experience using various financial systems preferred (Lawson). Experience in document imaging system (scanning).

Compensation

Range $22.58 - $33.87 per hour Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided. The union pay ranges can be found on the Seattle Children’s website here: WSNA - UFCW Seattle Children’s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
