Vendor Relations Manager

Requirements: • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong vendor relationships. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proven track record in managing vendor contracts and agreements. • Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions. • Ability to analyze and interpret vendor performance data. • Proficiency in vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to travel up to 50% required for vendor site visits and meetings. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management or a similar role. • Experience in budget management and cost control.
