Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner. • Provide accurate information about products and services offered. • Assist customers in resolving issues and troubleshooting problems. • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with customers. • Document customer interactions for future reference and follow-up. • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. • Monitor chat traffic and manage multiple conversations simultaneously. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus. • Proven experience in customer service or support role, preferably in live chat. • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing stress effectively. • Familiarity with chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
