### Job Description:

As a Cabin Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service and ensuring a safe, pleasant, and comfortable flight experience for our passengers. This role requires flexibility and commitment, as flight schedules can include weekends, holidays, and overnight stay.

### Responsibilities:

– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard United Airlines flights.

– Conduct safety checks before and during the flight.

– Assist passengers in stowing carry-on luggage.

– Provide information and support to passengers.

– Serve meals and beverages and sell onboard duty-free items.

– Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide emergency care when needed.

– Represent United Airlines professionally with a diverse clientele.

### Requirements:

– At least 18 years old.

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to manage stressful situations and remain calm in emergencies.

– Capable of operating emergency equipment and strong swimming skills.

– Ability to reach overhead storage compartments and stand for long periods.

– Flexibility and willingness to relocate as needed.

### Educational Qualifications:

– A minimum of a high school diploma is required.

– Further certifications in hospitality, customer service, or safety can be advantageous but are not mandatory.

### Experience:

– No previous experience as a cabin crew member is required.

– Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial.
