Job Summary:
UPS, a world-renowned logistics company, is seeking an organized and self-motivated part-time Administrative Support professional to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. Job Description:
The Administrative Support staff will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate should be capable of effectively communicating with all levels of staff, be detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
2. Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer their queries
3. Maintain a clean and pleasant front office environment at all times
4. Use a computer to update and maintain office records
5. Coordinate deliveries and dispatches
6. Perform basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties
Requirements:
1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
